Thought control, like birth control, is best undertaken as long as possible before the fact.

This building sits on a structure made of wooden struts painted with alternating black and white stripes. The building itself was constructed brick by brick from wooden cinderblocks. Mounted on the front is a hypnotic rotating disk which imparts a subliminal message to the viewer. The inside contains a sinister looking dentists chair with restraints and head gear. Next to it stands a primitive machine with knobs, dials and video monitors. The walls are covered with a pastoral panorama of pleasant green hills. The stereo viewer contains an image of clouds shot from the air.
